"My ocen view was limited but it was nice. Condo was clean with tons of utensils and dishware. The walk to the beach was close. Kitchen 5135 food was solid with a nice tiki bar. The other restaurant was always packed and mediocre. All in all great place to stay"

"First time in Hawaii, and we could not have been more impressed with our choice to stay at Napili Kai. The staff was outstanding and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was perfect, we had a garden view overlooking the putting green, and we were lucky enough to also have a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort itself has such a relaxed and authentic Maui feel, which we really appreciated compared to some of the larger, busier resorts nearby. If you’re on the fence about booking here or staying at one of the big resorts, Napili Kai is the only correct answer!"

"Partial ocean view as promised. Food good but not outstanding and food prices were ridiculously high ( $60) for breakfast buffet. It was nice but very busy and noisy at times because of so many people. Nice luxury hotel but didnt always feel like the relaxed pace we have expected from Hawaii."

"It was better than we ever expected!! Pictures are incredibly accurate, they were clean and updated. Very close to the ocean with its own access stairs. Overall we were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was and how great the location was for the price! "

"Here’s the good and bad: the view is fantastic, the patio is great, the kitchen was remodeled and is very nice. It’s lovely to have two full bathrooms and they were well supplied. But the place smelled like mildew, which could have been from 3 days of rain ahead of our visit but it didn’t go away. The carpets and curtains need renewing and the furniture looked quite dated. Overall it didn’t feel clean and it was not a relaxing place for us because of that. It just needs a little TLC bc the view is outstanding. We were traveling for our 50th anniversary so our expectations were high and I don’t think the pictures told the story of this place. Next time we’ll rent a top floor instead of bottom level. We’ve stayed at these condos before and the ones that have been updated are worth the price but this one let down our expectations. "

"There were barking dogs and crowing chickens but that’s all over the island we had a great time here and would stay here again the pool hot tub bbq grills were a plus loved having a washer/dryer and kitchenette "
