“My experience was amazing my entire stay.The staff were exceptional always friendly. We stayed in the platinum club and had a butler who went above and beyond daily to ensure all our needs were met. The room was very clean . We had a great ocean view room. I could watch the sunrise and sunset from our balcony. The food was delicious and they offer a great variety of food to choose from. ”

“I was really looking forward to stay in this hotel since the pictures looked so nice. Place looks exactly the same as how it looks on picture. As soon as i entered the hotel, workers greeted me with welcome drink. Whole resort is just so nice. I strongly recommend getting spa massage here.”

“Breakfast good hotel fine bed comfortable and nice room however was noisy at the beachfront room lots of traffic. Internet was spotty in and out of service. A little frustrated with internet but I would stay again. ”

“The room was actually cleaner the day after we arrived than it was on the day we checked in, which was disappointing and not the standard we expected. The television in our room also did not work the entire stay. We reported the issue to the service desk several times each day, but an IT technician didn’t come until the night before we checked out. When you book a room, you expect the amenities to work. We were told they tried to call us, but we shouldn’t have to stay in the room all day...
