“The staff was excellent and extremely courteous. The property is beautiful and the main pool is like no other. The room seemed recently refurbished and had a nice new feel to it, however, the furniture seemed like the same previous furniture. Food was great and the buffet had good variety. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.”

“everything the staff is really nice. the buffet is good honestly i just rather eat at the buffet for $109 wr did dunn river falls, snorkeling for 45min & had a boat party with an open bar!!!’ you cant beat that! the kayaking was sooooo nice ! you come to clean room everyday! they fill your fridge its super cool the staff is super friendly ”

“There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! ”

“Good place, great food, they don’t tell you that certain liquor that’s top shelf you have to pay for which is misleading for an all inclusive. There were a few times that I did see roaches. Other than that it was a blast. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels replaced, staff was extremely friendly and willing to get anything you want. ”
