“Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.”

“The first day we got there to shower didn’t work did not drain. Bathroom got flooded. Breakfast is sad for Colombian hotel. It’s very sad. There are a few options out of coffee went out of milk not a good experience. The gym is a joke. The rooms are clean with plenty of room overall look for a better option even if you pay more.”

Tv had no service and their sound system iPad was 10 years old and barely worked. Place needs a...

We were offered a refund, which influenced our decision to stay, only for management to go back on their word. They later admitted that they had known the internet wasn’t working from the very beginning but failed to inform us before our...
