We received a courtesy call from Sue on day of check in to confirm our check in time. Check in was very friendly and efficient. The villa was spacious, clean and had everything you could want. Sue was particularly helpful and friendly. Will definately use this accommodation again.

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom cabin right near the waterfront. The setting was lovely and the cabin was spacious with very comfortable beds, a great kitchen area and spotless bathroom with an a good shower. The only thing I would suggest, especially for longer stays is a bigger TV and a DVD player The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. A great place for families and couples.

Sue went above and beyond as we were a late check in and she had put the heater on for us so when we arrived in the cold of the night it was toasty for us to feed the kids and get them to bed. Thanks for your attention to detail and friendly attitude.

Best caravan unit ever
Incredible holiday park and unit. It felt as if it was built last week. The design decor and amenities were first rate. Beautiful scenery and very helpful owners. Everything was absolutely perfect. And it was all at a fantastic price. The only place to stay in horsham

Our onsite cabin was fairly modern, spacious and had 2 tv's. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Far better value than a hotel room. The park is on the banks of the river and only a short 5-10 walk to the main streets of town.

Nice and quiet location. Walking distance to shops (long-ish) but pleasant. Check-in was a bit slow but apart from that, very good.

Spot on!! Great Location!!
Even we only spent a night there, we loved the river view during the sunset which turn the river in golden color. Staff are very friendly and helpful..... looking forward to stay there longer next time

We arrived after 9pm and had a friendly gentleman greet us and help with directions to the cabin. The wildlife around the cabin was amazing, as well as the view that we had to enjoy of the river from the balcony. Would happily recommend and make this my choice to stay here when visiting Horsham.

Welcoming staff at check in. Cabin was very good, spacious, very well equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms, very comfortable queen sized bed in main bedroom, second bedroom large with two single bed (not used but going on rest of cabin would believe to be very good). Walking distance to town for shopping and restaurants. On banks of river for a good walk, next door to excellent botanic gardens. Would definitely stay again when traveling through Horsham.

Very comfortable cabin on the river
We stayed in a deluxe cabin with two bd and two double beds. Almost new cabin, spotless, well set out, tv in each bedroom and lounge. Warm, electric blankets. Full kitchen. Friendly staff and whole park looked immaculate. Some older cabins there which we didn’t see and didn’t use shared amenities but would be surprised if not clean and tidy, very well maintained park.

Cheap, clean and great for the kids!
We booked a budget cabin for 1 night. When we arrived the owners had the heating on for us, this was such a nice touch. There is an amazing playground next door in the gardens with bbqs and seating. Although the cabin was old it was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed.

Arrived late at night to a clean cabin. Blanket abd doona for kids beds abs crisp sheets! Comfy bed. Tv toaster kettle everything you need for a quick stay. Would be chilly in cooler months presume you use reverse cycle air con for heater
