“Staff was rude they stayed outside my window drinking and smoking all night. Staffbasked people walking past where to get meth from. Rooms are nasty and dirty . I had to go out and get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and kitchen. I looked under the sink and they had foils with black stuff on them. They had hair all in the bathroom on the floor. Manager kept entering the room in the moring. Told them I would be out by 11. But they kept letting themselves in. I had to push the door back...

“I suggested to the staff they leave an "information sheet" in each room with information like breakfast hours, etc. Also a pad of paper and pen would have been useful. I also would have appreciated a clock. Very nice hotel!”

“My new favorite Denver hotel. The staff is amazing, the coffee bar, bar, and Delicious restaurant. We're all wonderful. I was even able to catch a jazz band out on the patio. A really nice touch to have when you're traveling. The rooms are clean and designed with thought. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Despite being located on a Major Street it's very quiet. I'm always greeted with a smile when I come through the lobby. The lady who works nights watches out for me when I take my dog...

“Expedia did not mention that the Ember Hostel does not allow locals to stay there. They took my money but did not allow me to check-in. And they did not give me a refund.”

“Very nice looking hotel with poor operators. Desk staff young and inexperienced. Biggest issue in a the motion thermostats that make room super hot at night. Can’t imagine that saves enough money to make it worth losing customers. Weird experience. Glad was only there one night”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. From check in to check out staff was unhelpful and rude. The room was nothing special and over priced. I will never stay at a Hilton again.”

“The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...

“Outdoor property was not clean. Cigarettes all over the back door we used. Also a child’s diaper in the sidewalk. Looked very nice from the front and lobby.”
