"Had a fantastic stay. Was able to check in a bit early, room was great and clean. It was cozy for the two of us plus packing 3 large suitcases. The staff was very helpful helping us send our luggage’s off to the airport. The area was close to everything including a small local grocery store which had a lot of things we were looking for. Overall very happy with our stay and can’t wait to visit again in 2 weeks."

"Located a few blocks from nishi nippori station so very easy to get to. Lots of restaurants in the area. Checking in was quick. Room was spacious and clean. Only one elevator. Free coffee and ice cream in lobby. A bit noisy because of proximity to station. English speaking staff. "

"Very friendly reception, i had an excellent stay there. They were very helpful and it was easy, thanks to advice i was given, I was able to go to a concert and know what to do as well as being able to buy things I wanted to take home when I left. The room is very well provided for and clean"
