"I booked through Expedia. Purpose my mom’s funeral. I received a call from home that my dog was dying. We checked out a day early to race home. The desk agent informed me that he processed the early check out and it was credited to a virtual account of Expedia. Expedia says the refund was not credited. Expedia says they contacted Cambria management decided not to refund the unused room amount. So my mom died my dog died and the Cambria hotel ripped me off."

I had to go ahead and pay for the room again. It is what it is. The real problem was the number of children who were completely ignored by their parents and left to behave like animals.
