"It was 3:15 check in was 3. They called me but I was driving so I waited until I got to a safe place to call them back. Check in is 3pm-2am. I was literally just about a mile away and they gave away my room. No explanation just gave it away it was the handicap room. How was I getting another handicap room for a week with 15 minutes notice. Every hotel was 3x-5x the price. I’m disabled. I tried every single hotel, nothing. I drove 27 hours. ( snoozed a bit at rest stops). I was seriously stuck. Show them how disrespectful that was and don’t stay here. Maybe it’s different in India, but that’s the second time I had an issue with this hotel. "

"Wonderful will stay again! Got a great rate there’s a restaurant and bar and you get 1 free drink with your stay. I hear the fries are fantastic. View is good as well and you can get free parking or pay to be in a garage. They have a shuttle that will take you to town but I walked "

"Room size is fine for one night, a bit small for a longer stay. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been. Breakfast was fine, but the coffee is bitter. The location was great for us with Oaklawn Park and several restaurants within easy walking distance."

"I only have 3 minor issues. Every room we stayed in shower curtains were not cleaned properly. The couches need to be replaced. Last but not least all the TV's need to be smart TV's. At least let me sign in my accounts and watch my shows.. But my overall stay was very good. This is my 4th stay with Sunbay. We will be back. Love the view and the place is directly on the highway. They have Thick good towels. Its a good spot for children."
