Very easy keyless check in even after the office closes. Just had to open a message they sent through the app for instructions. The micro property setup is peacefully located between two residential properties with a beautiful lake view just steps away from your own sliding glass door

The room was clean and comfortable, but the sliding glass door lacked a proper lock and was only secured with a stick. This made me feel unsafe, especially with a shared backyard. Aside from this security concern, the rest of the stay was very pleasant

The rooms are clean and the deluxe double had comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet and dark. The patio is so relaxing. It is where we stayed most evenings. Everyone is so nice and helpful . We had a memorable and enjoyable experience in Hot Springs. Loved the pool and sitting and watching the boats on the lake. The resort is close to Bath House Row and shopping. Definitely would stay here the next time I visit Hot Springs.

We had a great time. We took our fur baby swimming in the lake and my husband did a little bit of fishing right outside of the room. It was a beautiful time.

Arrive and found out there is new owners. Wasn't a problem but okay. Young ladies that do housekeeping bust there butts and helped us out immediately. Miss the snacks machines but that's minor. Some folks just dont care there is others sleeping and being woken up at 4am till 5:30 wasn't a pleasure. Plus leave things a mess. View is always amazing, relaxing and can meet some great people visiting as well! We go every year there and gonna decide about next year.

We spent 4 days and 3 nights at Willow Beach with 8 people. It was perfect for us. The rooms and pool were clean. The view was stunning. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
