“My only complaint is about the mattress. It needed to be replaced a few years ago :/ Besides that, we loved the hotel and our stay there.”

“Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly and very helpful when we had questions. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again.”

“Great location for Bathhouse Row and nice clean room, unfortunately a view staring out at an a/c unit and rock ledge with many windows facing ours. Felt like a fishbowl and had to keep blinds down so room was dark. Nice hotel, but we didn’t love our room and couldn’t change since booked thru Expedia apparently. Get a city view room if you can. Otherwise happy with our stay”

“It was not clean”

“Beautiful and historic hotel. The full renovation of the interior have not made it to the rooms yet, so my room showed its age. I'm looking forward to going back when the rooms are renovated and are as nice as the rest of the hotels renovated interior spaces.”

“The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We will stay here again!”

“The staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. Peggy was especially helpful and friendly while enjoying our breakfast.”

“The pool and hot tub were excellent. The breakfast was very good. Very nice hotel overall.”

“The house and rooms are gorgeously appointed, clean, and comfortable, and the property is very conveniently located. The owners are also incredibly friendly and helpful, and they cook up the best breakfasts and baked goods, which are available 24/7.”

“The room was clean, and parking was convenient. I enjoyed staying and would recommend!”

“Everything was good there. We would go back again”

“The stay was nice. The only opportunity for improvement was when I did reach out to staff on our 2nd day and requested extra towels and more toilet paper. Our stay was for five days and we didn’t receive what we requested. Other than that it’s a nice quiet place.”

“Great scenery, quiet, lovely stay.”
