We enjoyed how clean and well maintained these units were; as well as how convenient it was to get to the historic district. The Best Cafe was a bit too expensive and had limited options for people with certain food allergies (like most restaurants in Hot Springs, sadly). The room itself was great and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

The property has a section with totally renovated cottages. Our stay was in this section. We loved the cottage decor, kitchenette, and parking right outside our cottage. Rustic decor and very comfortable bed.
