The Omni Homestead is a beautiful and historic facility. The pricing on everything is a bit over the top, especially with what you pay to stay there. The food could have been better but property is beautiful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice family trip and our grandchildren had plenty to do.

The Homestead never disappoints. However this time they were understaffed in many areas therefore making communication difficult, service at restaurants, checkout/bellman availability, valet very backed up. Going this was just a busy weekend for them and not a regular reality.

The choices for dinner are very limited - it’s mostly the Jefferson and the Audubon. The food choices are quite pricey, e.g., $75 for Filet Mignon. Soups and salad side dishes are mostly $16-$21. The activity choices are many, which is important. The warm springs are very soothing and relaxing. Overall, a good vacation.

My recent stay at the Omni Hotel was elevated to an unforgettable experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by David, the concierge. From the moment we arrived, David’s warm, genuine smile and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. His professionalism, paired with his infectious enthusiasm, set the tone for an incredible visit. David went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, but he also took the time to offer personalized recommendations for things to do, from hidden gem restaurants to unique local attractions we wouldn’t have found on our own. His suggestions were spot-on, adding so much joy and adventure to our trip. Whether it was securing reservations or sharing insider tips, David’s attention to detail and passion for helping guests made all the difference. He also facilitated a room upgrade for us (for a reasonable fee), and his friendly, transparent approach made the process seamless and pleasant. It wasn’t just about the upgrade—it was the way David handled everything with such care and professionalism that left a lasting impression. He truly embodies what world-class hospitality should be.
