"We had an excellent experience with the front desk team, who were friendly and attentive. One staff member (Loewe) stood out by helping us change rooms and spending significant time resolving my father’s cell phone issue, which greatly eased our stress. The hotel is very clean and ideally located in old Taichung, close to many dining spots. We also enjoyed the quiet second-floor lounge. It has a copy of a rare book on the history of Taichung's renovated wet markets. Truly appreciate the details to promoting Old Taichung. This level of care is rare and appreciated. Thank you for a comfortable stay. 這次住宿讓我們感受到櫃檯人員的專業與熱心。其中一位員工特別耐心，協助更換房間並幫忙處理我父親的手機問題，讓我們安心許多。飯店環境整潔，地點優越，位於台中舊城區中心，周邊餐飲選擇豐富，二樓的小書房也令人印象深刻。如此貼心的服務令人感動，衷心感謝您們的照顧。"

"Enjoyed the hotel. Rooms and all areas were very clean and quiet. Nice pool to do laps and big gym for a hotel. Restaurants were really good, however a little pricey. Staff were friendly and helpful, and since it was my wife’s birthday, we got upgraded and treats for a gift. This made the stay standout and showed their commitment to their guests. Highly recommend a stay here and would stay again."
