"I didnt like how staff assumed i was familiar with the area and with how things work. Another guest at the hotel had to show me how to use the elevator using a room key card. He also explained how i would need it to get back into the hotel. No one gave us a map/diagram of the area or of the hotel. It wasnt until we were leaving that we found out it had an indoor pool on a different floor. I had to ask the Concierge for an area map and ask questions about the area. "The King room was just fine-clean. The AC seemed to cycle and it would get very humid in the room. We did like there was a bar available should we have chosen to partake. We did not eat breakfast and so cannot comment as to the quality. Parking was at a premium. All three nights we were fortunate to find a parking spot at all."
