โThe air conditioner was awesome ,parking was good , breakfast was ok if you wanted something fast. Would have love to see some fruit available or even yogurt โ
โA little out of my way but, that was my fault. I did find "off highway" directions to my destination for visiting family. It was great for a smaller hotel. Everything appliance worked. Right next to Cracker Barrel, shares a lot with little shops and a place to listen to music. Pretty quiet area. Near Operaland Hotel and their shops. Easy to navigate there with GPS . โ
โStaff was wonderful and assisted immediately when I discovered the desk did not have a chair I needed for my business travel. Within 5 minutes I had what was needed.โ
โThis place is just a little out of town but less than a $10 uber away, it is very good value for money especially if you just want sonewhere to sleep at night, not a lot else near by, a seven/eleven fuel station across the road and a McDonald's in walking distance. Staff very friendly polite and helpful. Clean .โ
โOverall we had a great experience at Best Western Plus! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and there is a parking lot with free parking. A short 3.5 miles or so to all the most popular Broadway experiences. This hotel is a great deal compared to others. The only real downfall is the surrounding area. There are a lot of homeless, and people in active addiction on the surrounding streets. I would like to say that none were in the hotel parking lot though. โ
โPeople have given bad reviews, but for the price it's not that bad .it's not a luxury hotel but an older one.it represents what nashville used to be like back in the days.Anytime l'm in the Madison/ Rivergate area this is my go to place.service was great,lady behind the counter was very nice.โ
โThe lobby area had like a bank glass thing going between the check-in person and us. The lobby itself was messy. It felt sketchy in fact we didn't even want to stay but could not get a refund, so we stayed. The room was okay. The ice machine was out of order.โ
