โI stayed at this hotel for almost a month and a half on a business trip. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and there is a large shopping mall about 5 minutes away, so it's great for food and shopping. If I go near this city for a business trip again, I would like to visit this hotel againโ
โThe best hotel in Kunshan!! Location is a bit far from downtown so not so convenient for business trip but perfect for family trip, nice view of lake, service is excellent, food is perfect! nice fitness center & swimming pool, perfect sauna & jacuzzi! Wish they can add nice bar!โ
โThe staff was super friendly and they all spoke English well. The breakfast was good and had enough options for foreign travelers. There was a good cheap noodle shop in the small shopping area across the street. The gym was fairly well equipped as well. I would stay there again. โ
โThis is one of the most spectacularly designed hotels I have ever experienced. And I've been around. It feels like a garden oasis and museum just as much as a hotel. No cost to create a mesmerizing interior was spared. A far cry from the typical 5 star tower with predictable, boring environment. Breakfast was adequate but a little lame considering that everything else is just amazing here.โ
