Huatulco, Mexico hotel rooms at the Independent

"The room was a good size and the ocean was just outside. Great views, not beach so no traffic. There is lots of walking but shuttles are optional. There are no elevators and lots of steps. Staff were great!"

"Expedia booked us in the worst possible room. .Staff manager moved us to a real nice room after 3 days . Never book room 2000."

"Gym was okay. Could use a water dispenser and 50lb free weights as it only goes to 40. "

"Spectacular spot on the beach, nice pools, location, everything about this place is wonderful. Great rooms with comfy beds, towels and amenities and VIEWS. The food is great, with a nice variety. The staff is friendly, communicate well, and excellent at what they do. The manager Ada made sure to communicate with us. I was impressed! If I stayed there longer than 10 days, I would get bored with the food, but I really enjoy all the restaurants in Huatulco. I don’t usually stay at AllInclusives but I would come back for sure to this one!! "
