The staff could speak English is a big plus as communication is easy.The staff are very helpful, accommodating and goes out their way to resolve any issues. Hotel rooms are big and clean. Hotel location is very good and near restaurants and tourist attractions.

my first room had a strong amonia smell that i had to change to 2nd room was much better when i moved. overall the location was good close to restaurant, laundry, drinks, shops etc. breakfast was very limited but the soup was always a nice option as a backup meal. overall for the price it was good.

Loved my room with a really great river view! Room was spacious and clean with nice little seating area by the window and long desk/dresser space. The staff was just really wonderful, always ready to help with information, etc. I would definitely go back. Great location!!!!

Great hotel. I've stayed here twice! Bed is super comfortable and the rooms have a nice sitting area and shelf space to put your stuff. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful with everything. They are very friendly, warm and welcoming; very service oriented and the service is impeccable! The buffet breakfast is really good too. They have a bit of everything!
