Luxurious, quiet room with a comfy bed. Very convenient location, ~25 minute walk from the museums and imperial city and ~5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops on the walking streets. They had some construction going on in front of the building, but mostly not an issue. I would gladly stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was amazing. Best of all was Van Duc who went out of his way to ensure I was able to see the tombs and the pagoda on my very short time frame. His help and service was exceptional!

The staff is wonderful, especially Van Duc. He was incredibly kind. He helped us book our car from Hue to Da Nang. The rate was better than what was shown on Grab. He also provided great recommendations to a local bun bo Hue place that is a short walk from the hotel. The condition of the hotel was fine, but there was a strong mold smell and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the staff really made the stay bearable.

Exceptional Hotel

Our stay was made amazing by the friendly and ultra helpful staff as well as the beautifully appointed hotel. Room service was available plus a restaurant downstairs and a coffee shop just next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the TTC Imperial Huê.

A spacious and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful, good choices at breakfast along with eggs cooked to order. This hotel is in good location and only a couple of minutes from the walking street. Breakfast was good but ends at 930 am compared to 10:30 am at other hotels, and has limited options for people who don’t eat pork. We ordered food via room service and it wasn’t good, but there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.
