Good location near the Perfume river. You can walk to Imperial city but was a bit hot in July. Good breakfast, pool was ok, room was nice with good views. Curtains let in a bit of morning light but we were waking up early anyway. would stay again. Concierge was good and helped with private drivers for reasonable price. My wife had in house massage in the spa which was very good.

The Imperial had impeccable service - especially from Van Duc the doorman - and the location was great. Highly recommend staying here. The breakfast served as well was fantastic.

Van Duc made our trip exceptional!!! He booked all our activities, was friendly knowledgeable and gave great recommendation's for places to eat and things to do/see. We have been to Vietnam 4 times now and he is by far the best help in a hotel/resort we have ever had

Luxurious, quiet room with a comfy bed. Very convenient location, ~25 minute walk from the museums and imperial city and ~5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops on the walking streets. They had some construction going on in front of the building, but mostly not an issue. I would gladly stay here again.
