The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was so nice. I loved my room. I rented 2 nights at first but finally stayed for 5. If I ever go back to Hue I would go back there. I also like the fact that there is good restaurants near by

We had a great time at Sunny A hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We could also rent a motorbike which was so far in the best condition we have had in Vietnam.

Amazing service 👌

Amazing service from the moment we arrived. They gave us a lot of information, gave us a spacious and clean room. The hotel is located very central with walking distance to the Imperial city. Even after checkout when we had a night train, they offered us a chance to shower. Will definitely return!

Staffs helpful. Booked all our tours and transportation through them. Paid for a balcony room. However me and my dad wanted to be on the same floor so I down graded to a smaller room with little lights. The shower is placed so the water is all over the toilets and floor. There were ants on our first day in my room. Had to ask for an ants spray. Then the next day, I saw a dead cockroach on the floor. I was told this common in vietnam!!’.. no it is not! Over all cleanses is not so good.

Best staff, above and beyond helpful! The room was great, the bed was memory foam which was fantastic for Vietnam (usually all are hard spring mattresses). Quiet at night too, which is hard to come by in Vietnam. Great price too, decided after phong nha trip we’d go back to this hotel for another week. The balcony room is a real nice treat.

We had an enjoyable stay! Staff were friendly and super accommodating when we had to check-in late due to a delayed bus. The hotel room did seem a little dated but it was still comfortable and mostly clean regardless.

Good value with good staffs

A very good for money and has very good and helpful receptionists. 20 min walk to supermarkets and 25 min to the Citadel. To visit the kings' family graves, you need to use Grab bike or car. You can also hire car with driver for a reasonable price. Room is not good but managed. Good wifi and hot water. Lots of eateries and coffee shops just round the corner.

本当に素晴らしいホテルです。また泊まりたいです。

本当にいいホテルでした。 この値段で、このホスピタリティ、最高でした。 一番、良かった点。 2泊しましたが、チェックアウト後は、22時発の飛行機でハノイでした。 荷物を預かってくれて、空港まで有料ですが送迎してくれました。 送迎は19時でしたので、朝から12時間以上、フエ観光ができました。 その日は35°で歩き回り、汗だく。深夜便に乗るため、スパで全身マッサージをすれば、サウナ、シャワーもあるだろうと思っていたのですが、残念、シャワーはなしでした。 汗だくで、ホテルに荷物を取りに行くと、よければシャワーを使ってと、タオルも貸してくれました！ 全身汗まみれで飛行機に乗らなくてはならないところを、さっぱりさせてくれたので、泣きそうになりました。
廊下側の窓も素敵でした。鍵はキータイプ。照明はここで操作、ベッド側にはありません。
カーテンを開けるととても明るいです。
ベッド脇には鏡。コンセントもここにあります。ドライヤーもあります。
ドライヤーとリモコン、部屋電。
