Clean modern hotel

Clean and modern hotel, friendly helpful staff and good breakfast buffet selection. Spa was expensive to use for 1 hour (€20pp) and wasn’t in good condition.

Great location with convenient parking (off site at a charge). Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the 7th floor balcony are amazing. The spa was adequate and the pool area is superb. My son had a flood problem in his room which took too long to resolve and when he was offered another room he had to move his own luggage. A true 4 star would’ve done this for him. The comments about outside noise are accurate, even with the windows closed. We were woken at 5am with loaders and trucks clearing the snow. Overall a great stay, just needs a few tweaks to be perfect.

Point+: Le séjour s'est très bien passé L'équipe est géniale et très attentionnée La piscine et le spa sont un plus Petit déjeuner très variée avec des œufs faits à la demande L'emplacement, la vue, le balcon, la taille de la chambre Points -: Le literie n'est pas du tout confortable (j'ai fini avec un mal de dos) Point de vigilance sur les douches et toilettes de la piscine qui stagnent

Pas un 4 étoiles l'été !

Bel hôtel très bien situé dans la station. Vue époustouflante depuis les chambres des étages élevés (nous étions au sixième). Pas d'accueil ni de bar l'été entre midi et 15h et après 20h le soir ! Dans notre chambre, la porte fenêtre de la terrasse ne fermait pas bien (et il faisait froid !) le coffre n'était pas utilisable (verrous sortis). Bon petit déjeuner, pas de restaurant l'été !

Superbe hôtel

Hôtel très bien situé. Parfait pour la propreté, chambre et commun. Concernant la chambre, nous avions opté pour une chambre 3 personnes. L'espace est suffisant et le canapé lit, très confortable, ne gêne en rien les déplacements. Grande salle de bain et WC séparé, un plus. Balcon avec une vue superbe sur les massifs. Petit déjeuner continental avec un grand choix salé/sucré. Personnel très accueillant. Les moins, nous avions une chambre dite communicante avec une porte non isolée, ce qui peut entrainer quelques désagréments. Nos voisins étaient très silencieux, donc aucun soucis. Le frigo qui ne fait que très peu de froid. Le manque d'un parking mais nous en étions informé.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Très belle chambre, et un excellent petit déjeuner Le monsieur au petit déjeuner est vraiment très accueillant. Pas de parking sur place.

un super week-end

Etablissement au top!!!très agréable séjour, piscine magnifique, spa, fabuleux. Le seul petit bemol c'est lors de 2 petits-déjeuners, des produits, de la vaisselle manquaient , le service avait du mal à suivre mais le personnel faisait son maximum, était très dévoué, je pense que seulement 2 personnes c'est bien trop juste au moment du rush. On recommande vivement cet Etablissement et espérons refaire une étape à l'Ours Blanc.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et toutes nos demandes ont été prises en compte. Le spa et la piscine dans l'hôtel apporte un vrai confort. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié.

Hôtel convenable

Hôtel convenable, personnel a l écoute. Bon petit déjeuner. Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend le voisin de chambre parler et on entend la rue. Ménage fait à la va vite… Magnifique espace piscine mais malheureusement l eau est trop froide et l espace pas assez chauffé pour pouvoir en profiter. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre et frigo en panne.
