Front registration: fast check in/out. Professional and Provide answers and solutions very quickly.
Room: spacious, comfortable and clean.
Surroundings: convenient stores and various dining options
Shuttle: driver s very friendly, helpful and thoughtful.
Overall very nice hotel. Will stay with them if coming to Shanghai again.

Good hotel if you're from China. I would not recommend it for foreigners; they hardly speak English. Room service (simple sandwich) took over an hour. Someone was brushing the carpet - machine noise - in the hallway outside my room at 1AM in the morning.
