"Location is superb. Smacked right in the middle of Nanjing Road. So convenient. Room was spacious and bright. The only down side was the housekeeping staff either chatting amongst themselves or on their phone so loudly in the early morning and it disrupted our sleep. Other than this. Everything is good."

"I was very impressed with the amenities at this holiday. Inn express, such as the free laundry machines and the really delicious breakfast that is free with the room. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and spoke english. The one downside was the wifi for me.Didn't work very well or was weak in the hotel. the location was pretty close to a couple of awesome tourist areas. I would stay here again."

"Great location. It's right in the middle of the main street. Walkable to the bund too. The highlight for me was breakfast, so many options and I don't eat meat, so plenty more if you do. Also had soya milk so useful if you're vegan. Bed was comfortable, room has a kettle to make tea/coffee whenever you like which I always appreciate. You have to request things like toothbrushes or razors though. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again."

"This hotel has become my home in Shanghai after more than 15 years of staying here. The staff are consistently courteous, professional, and exceptionally helpful. For instance, the concierge David assisted me in scheduling a doctor’s appointment during an emergency situation. Their friendliness and care make them feel like close friends"
