An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. “Sheets had big stain on , floor was in need of a vacuum, hairs in bathroom, furniture had rips in, stains on carpet, car parking space was tiny, we were kept awake on both night by noise and partying in other apartments. The shower was barely warm and went cold after one person had showered. Wouldn't stay again, over priced and begrudge paying a cleaning charge when it's not clean.”
