Clean room with plenty of space and nice toiletries! Pretty quiet too especially seeing as it is on a main road and there was a noisy party downstairs (which we couldn't hear on the 4th floor)

Great Hotel

Great Hotel, all the staff were friendly and welcoming, very helpful and alway polite and courteous. The rooms were clean and fresh with a modern feel to them.

We have stayed here a few times. It is a lovely modern Hilton with friendly staff, nice rooms and relaxing bar area. The biggest let down is the restaurant. The service is slow and the quality of food is below what you would expect.

Paid for breakfast, let me tell you what an expect. Good coffee, range and a fry up, however the coffee tasted like vending machine coffee, I can do better with my home bean to cup machine. They also send you a number of bot texts throughout the day asking how it’s going which was annoying. However I will say the rooms were good value for money and you’re close to a fairly big shopping centre. Value for money was good.

Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean

Fabulous stay, spotlessly clean and very stylish hotel. Room was gorgeous, bathroom great, lovely shower and so clean. We had a few drinks in the bar and the rooftop bar, both were really nice and felt really cosy to sit in. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel. You wont be disappointed

The overall hotel was clean but our shower had dirt stripes in it when we first entered the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly but overall it wasn't the greatest when it came to sleep due to the amount of noise from the hotel itself.

Fantastic stay at Doubletree in Hull

The room was in good condition and I liked the interior design. Great customer service both at the reception and during breakfast. The only small complaint I have is that there was no cheese for breakfast, only sausage and egg. Nevertheless I'd certainly stay at the hotel again.

Great hotel. Unfortunately air con wasn’t working and you can’t open the windows for fresh air. Although it’s hardly the hotels fault the weather was so hot. Good hotel, would recommend when it’s not 30c outside.

I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean, roomy and clean. The gym is good and the bars in the lobby and upstairs are great. Breakfast is excellent. Location is great for the shops and train station, a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.
