Great place

The lady at reception was wonderful, she got us in a little early and she was very friendly. My daughter loved having an en-suite to herself, very clean and spacious. Would recommend

Really, lovely, spacious apartment for 5 people! 2 of the rooms had en-suites which was a very welcome surprise. Beds and pillows were comfy. Well equipped kitchen.Loved the free parking and the location.

I booked the Maze Apartments because it was so close to the venue for the Campfire Country Music Festival and it was spot on. Being only 5 mins walk to the park was great! When we arrived we got a parking spot in the car park under the Apartments and it was FREE! The lady on reception was nice and friendly and advised us we had been given an upgrade!! The room was great. Large, spacious with all the amenities you could need. The bathroom was small but clean with a shower, basin and toilet. The only issue was the fitted sheet on the bed lol. Would definitely recommend plus the price was fantastic!!

The photos don’t do it justice, this is a really nice, clean, new place that I thought was going to be bleak, but it was far from it, the bed was comfy and they even had a kitchen area, I wud stay again and definitely recommend…

Perfect stopover

We stopped overnight for the night before getting the ferry. Apartment was central and huge. 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuite with a large living and kitchen area. Staff were wonderful prior to stay allowing us late checkout and arranging lockbox for key as we arrived late.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The property and the room is neat and tidy. The communal kitchen is well maintained. However, at the entrance of the carpark, there is bad smell like wee-wee. There might be leakage of the sewage pipes.

Greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave lots of information about the stay. Nice modern room with aircon and a nice size shower. The bed was on the hard size for me. I can see why the room came with earplugs two packs would have been nice since I had to give them to my partner so I was left hearing others move about. Nice not to worry about parking. Will stay again.

Large shared kitchen with excellent facilities. Single bedroom had plenty of space and in the back of the property so quiet. Doors are noisy when they close. Could have done with a bedside table and hook on the back of bathroom door for towels. So tiny things would make it perfect but this was a great place to stay.

I was expecting a lot given previous reviews but can’t give this 9 or 10 out of 10 like others. There is ample underground parking which is great. Check-in was straightforward and the receptionist was very helpful. Previous reviews rated cleanliness as excellent which is one of the reasons I chose Maze apartments. However it was let down by a really grubby looking stained tea towel which should have been binned. The first glass I took out of the cupboard had lots of fingerprint marks and something stuck to it so I took out and washed everything. We were in a studio so had our own small kitchen area. The bathroom had a soap dispenser which I thought was empty. The next day the receptionist, who appeared to have to do everything on her own and was quite busy, filled it up for us. Part of it fell off the wall when she did so and subsequently fell off the wall when I tried. Plus it did not dispense the soap. I was going to report it on check out but no-one was around. The bed is very low and extremely soft. Felt like being in a water bed when you tried to turn around in it ( remember them 😁) There was a nice armchair in the room if you wanted to sit and watch TV but a second person needs to use one of the hard seats at the breakfast area or dressing table. Provision of a hairdryer in the room would have been useful but perhaps there was one to request at reception On a positive note, the apartment generally was very clean and it’s close to the docks if you are travelling.
