Clean and homely. An absolute pleasure to stay here, even if only for the one night. I've previously stayed at the Hilton across the other side of the city centre but I'll definitely be staying here instead from now on. Loved it.

Everything fantastic apart from the inconsiderate person above us but would recommend as in a ideal location with great view brill staff fab food and a good selection of beer spirits & wine cannot wait for our next visit

Excellent hospitality

Excellent stay at an amazing venue. From start to finish the hospitality was great. Parked the car on arrival and walked everywhere. Food was first class on our first night. Second night missed timings but given the options of having a taxi or takeaway, utensils etc brought and cleared away, nothing too much trouble. Great location for marina and town. Great atmosphere especially the entertainment on Saturday afternoon. Will definitely go back again, home from home. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.

Excellent location.

Well what a surprise we hadn’t expected much as we paid a very reasonable price. Arrived and was shown up to our room, very friendly service. We stayed in the cappuccino room. The room was lovely, great size & really light and airy. Lots of little touches like kits with things you might need, plenty of shower wash, shampoo etc. tea, coffee & sugar well Stocked as well as little biscuits & bottles of water. Far outweighed what we had expected. Excellent location with access to the marina and the fantastic Humber steet. Don’t be put off staying here by all the works going on around it, it’s definitely having a rejuvenation and is an up and coming area that will join into the marina area once the works are finished. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

Very warm greeting on arrival Was immaculately clean throughout Single room was small but well equipped (hairdryer, kettle/hospitality tray, TV) Shower room with toiletries had plenty of hot water. Convenient for bonus arena and shopping/museums. A steady walk (about 20 mins) from railway station) Times of check in and lack of breakfast are made very clear when booking, so no surprises. Although no breakfast there is a Greggs practically next door and a Costa nearby I did not have time for dinner, but the menu showed a great choice of food at a reasonable price Only niggle (& this is not the hotel's responsibility) is that the ongoing roadworks are continuing, making the area around a bit of a mess. During my stay they were working through the night and making a bit of noise
