"My recent stay at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte was nothing short of transformative. The salad was crisp and fresh, the lamb entrée was tender and full of flavor, and the key lime tart was the perfect sweet ending. Every detail — from the presentation to the taste — felt intentional and crafted to offer not just a meal, but an experience. The balance between the quiet, restorative atmosphere of the hotel and the vibrant energy of Uptown Charlotte outside made this stay feel complete. "This place is amazing ! We were stranded in Chicago due to terrible storms and all flights headed to the east coast were canceled . The manager here , credited the next night , when we were finally able to arrive, with our reservation from the previous night, having a complete understanding of the situation.They were so kind and hospitable to us , especially after an entire night of booking, canceling and rebooking (3 times!!) and then not having our luggage arrive. I appreciate them doing this instead of charging us for a new reservation . Very kind indeed and shows excellent and gracious public relations. "Just stay at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and very inviting the area was pretty OK. I will say if you were looking for a great great meal definitely check out the diner across the street. They’re 24 hours the drinks at the bar and the breakfast in the morning was great when changed nothing however I will say parking is very difficult throughout the whole entire area, so go ahead on and put that in your budget to park at the location,over all, I will stay there again."

"The hotel staff were wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and just as we expected when we booked. The hotel was quiet and we never knew anyone else was there (so wonderful) The only complaint I can say is the Internet was not good. We never were able to have good Internet service. Other than that , everything was great. We will stay with them again. "
