“This suite was nothing like the pictures on the website. The patio was broken to bits with broken furniture all over it. The apartment was filthy with dust and dirt everywhere. The walls were damaged and needed painting. Door handles were broken and falling off the doors. The showers were broken and the bathtubs were dirty and damaged. The tv had three boxes on the screen so you could not really watch it. This place was disgusting and I checked out the next morning. DO Not Stay Here. It is...

“Great location near everything in fishtown. Great stay for visitors coming out to explore the area”

“Very clean and spacious. Great location”

“Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one. They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

“Perfect location for us! So much within walking distance. It was great to have more space than a traditional hotel room, as well as a full kitchen. Only negative is the noise. It is such a busy area and right in the hospital district, so sirens, traffic, and the bus stop on the street right outside the building made it very noisy all night. However, if you can sleep through noise - I'd highly recommend staying here!”

“Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good.”

“Non-descript location but we loved it. More like a VRBO property than a hotel. Communication with host was very good, especially since we had questions about accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Philadelphia area.”

“Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl”

“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.”
