The girl at the front desk when we checked in was dressed sooo unprofessionally. She had a midrif shirt, sweat pants sitting low that showed her thong hanging out, talking on the phone with old food containers sitting on the counter. Im embarrassed for you all if this is who you want to represent your brand for check in. Under the toliet lid was dirty on the rim of the toilet sink and the air conditioner was loud as a freight train when running. Three positives were the room was big and it was nice to have the extra seating area. The price was good and the beds werent terrible.

Wonderful!

This hotel was wonderful! It’s clean, nearly brand new, and the customer service from the staff was excellent. Wonderful pool and hot tub!

Comfy room but ugly outside.

The outside of the hotel didn't look very attractive. The lawn and flower beds were over grown. The inside was much better. The lobby was clean and so was our room. The morning coffee was great! The young lady at the reception desk was friendly.

Give them a chance

Room was clean and comfy, hotel was clean , pool needed cleaning . There is a lot of construction on tje highway by the hotel but it was quiet.

Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was great. The contractor was great and filled with great information. The room at first glance nice size from a glance it looked nice and clean. I did find a few issues the couch was dirt with crumbs and the mini fridge hate dead baby roaches. I did include pictures. The remote didn’t work the batteries were corroded inside. The manager was not available at my check out no one was available at check out.

Livingstone Choice Hotel Comments

The best things was the A/C was working and the was very comfortable. I was a little concerned that all the access doors had rocks to prevent them closing, the ice machine was not working and the security latch on the door to prevent someone gaining entry into the room wasn't functional.

Check in was good room was clean and cool I turned on the TV had no signal reported it to front desk no one ever came to fix it reported it again next morning still no one came up to figure out what the issue was

Disappointed

Booked one night stay. Exterior was dirty. Grass not cut. Structure walls dirty with what looked like black dirt win off stains from roof. Front entrance door was broken. Receptionist had on a dirty and stained shirt. I could see her underwear because her shirt was too small. Elevator was dirty and smelled like sweaty armpits. Room was nice and large. Bed was comfortable. NO HOT WATER! I showered with lukewarm water. Ive stayed at his hotel before about four years ago and this hotel was decent then. Not sure what has happened to this property. It would be a really nice place if the owners would invest and take the time to clean it up and bring it back to life! Disappointed to see how it’s gone down!

I stay in this hotel for 4 days. Not even a day did I get room service. I specifically spoke to staff to get my room cleaned but they never did. This is unacceptable and this is my first time such had happened . Overall the room was cleaned and I also enjoyed the breakfast.

I was, how to say it, bombarded with EMF all night long. So much so that I got very little sleep. I like your rooms. I didn't have any bath towels or, hand or wash cloths in my room. I had to get them myself but couldn't find a towel until the next morning.

First room not good - no curtain, toilet not flushing well, little hot water, no ice available, breakfast the absolute minimum. Second room was better but a pretty rough crowd staying there even though it was very few people. Would not recommend at all.

This is the worst hotel at which I've stayed anywhere in the world! No pool. No Wifi. No ice. Room door didn't lock. Roaches and crickets in room. Lamps didn't work. Faucets leak. A/C fan didn't turn off. Breakfast was a joke. Noisy. Smelly. Outer doors broken. Toilet stuck on. A/C unit falling apart. Curtains missing or not hung. Light bulbs missing. No Kleenex. Staff friendly but lacked resources to rectify problems. Avoid at all costs.

No front desk staff for 15 minutes. Wrong room for my reservation. Correct room for my reservation was not clean. Had to wait 20 minutes at 8pm for a clean room with 2 exhausted little girls. Washer in guest laundry broken. Staff offered the employee washer. The door got stuck with our clothes inside. It took 3 hours for 1 load which I had to get done since I had the littles with me. No drinks available for purchase. The previous smoke detector had been removed, never replaced. Only 1 light in the elevator worked. It was very dark. The one ice machine they had was broken. The suitcase trolly broke while in use. The pool, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, to entertain our girls for a bit, was green & had plants growing all along the side through the cement. It’s obvious that it has been years since it has had any attention & the pictures need to be removed from the website. As a matter of fact the entire hotel should be removed from the Hotels.com app.

The Outside looked fair. The entryway was clean. No staff in sight. Not a person in sight. My husband had to go to the hall to hail a person to check us in. I verified the room was to have a walk in shower and was told it had that, it was a handicap room. The room: looked ok at first. The lid to the A/C controls was broken off and sitting on the window sill. The baseboard was off on the window wall, held up by the bedside table. Could not put the table near the bed. A hole in the wall to the left of the TV. The bed had a metal sounding boom each and every time you either sat on it or laid on it. In the bathroom, Sink drained very slowly, and a constant drip from the TUB. Note, NO walk in shower. Therefore my husband could not bathe as desired. The bathroom floor was very slippery, even with shoes on. I showered the night of arrival 8/2. I got clean towels around 7PM on 8/3. I did tell the gentleman at the desk about our concerns. He had lists from many others as well. We belong to Choice Privileges and are saddened by this experience. Our room was 103. Check it out!
