“The roomwas clean & spacious. No lift but someone offered to carry my dive bag up 3 flights. In the room there was not a bottle of water or Hot water pot with tea or coffee. This is especially significant because the location is in a quiet neighborhood w/o nearby restaurants, coffee shop or grocery stores to buy food for a meal. This place is best if u have a car or dont mind paying for multi taxi rides to find food in other neighborhoods”

Staff in restaurant need to be strengten employee training. Very rude.. 2.

“A nice big hotel with many pools and water slides. Lots of places to sit around the pool. There is also a beach. The property is clean and the staff work hard to maintain it. The room was perfectly fine. The staff were good, although there is quite a lot of pressure to tip which I found annoying and uncomfortable. The food is plentiful, reasonably varied but generally quite bland at the buffet, although I did enjoy the omelette at breakfast. We ate at the Greek restaurant a few times which was...

“Comfortable room, I had not been able to get hold of the property to discuss late check out through their phone or through Expedia but was upgraded to a family suite on arrival. On the whole very nice hotel”

“Beautiful place to be and relax.”

“My wife and I loved the atmosphere, location, and staff. The atmosphere was serene and relaxed, exactly what is needed while on vacation. The location is perched atop a hill behind City Center— far enough away from the street where vehicle noise is not heard. The staff made us feel like we were the only two lodging there. Kitchen staff member Saad left a wonderful impression. I recommend the property if you value calmness and relaxation.”

“Nice, bright clean room”
