“Staff during check-in was very unfriendly. No greeting, no smiling, just a nasty scowl. But she changed our room to the main floor when we requested it. Another staff member (I think from Housekeeping) stood and watched me struggle to get the luggage cart through the door without providing any assistance. Towels were terrible, bath towels were barely bigger than the hand towels and very thin and worn out. Breakfast was good and room was clean. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for what you get.”

“The hotel has been newly renovated. Rooms were clean. No pool or food available onsite. Pool is free for guests next door at local gym but was closed due to maintenance for two months”

“This property looked nothing like the pictures. We walked into a cold, dismal room with two old wooden beds with mismatched comforters thrown on. Stains on the walls and one old wooden table with stains on it. I slept in my sleeping bag. The bathroom was disgusting with mold and hair in the caulking. The housekeeper made our two towels into hearts as if we were at some exotic location. We were warned not to take the towels. The key was lost so we got a new one. Security ? The door did not...

“이곳은 호텔이 아니라 여인숙입니다. 이곳은 길 건너편에 있는 travelodge가 관리합니다. 이곳은 큰 길가에 있어서 시끄럽고 위험합니다. 나는 방 안에서 실외용 부츠를 신고 있었습니다. 방 바닥이 전혀 청소되지 않아서 흙먼지 투성이 였기때문입니다. 출입문에 붙어 있어야 할 안전 잠금장치는 부서져 있습니다. 조식도 없고 룸서비스도 불가능합니다. 침대엔 알 수 없는 벌레도 있었습니다. 이 모든 것에 불구하고 가격마저 비쌉니다. 이곳의 적당한 가격은 $50이하 입니다. 이곳에 자느니 차라리 당신의 차에서 잘 것을 추천합니다.”
