The staff was friendly but not real fluent in English. Hardly any dining space and poor selection for breakfast. The room floor was VERY dirty!!! The place was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Building and hallways look outdated, but inside the actual room it’s nice. Updated. Could use extra cleaning, the floors weren’t clean and bedding was stained. Staff was very helpful and tried very hard to make us feel welcome.

Very nice place to stay in Hutchinson

The young guy who works there is notably very friendly and helpful. In fact, he and his boss immediately went to action to fix the problem with the cable television box not working. I was not expecting such swift service. I found the room and lobby area to be nice and clean. I had a very good stay overall and I look forward to returning the next time I am in Hutchinson!

Dingy dirty towels, musty smelling room, noisy ac unit. Very nice staff member!!! However, doubtful I will stay or recommend anyone else stay, until huge improvements are made. Disappointing for a Wyndham chain of motels.

It was most disgusting place I ever stayed at. The bath tub was nasty the tv would only work on some channels other channels was on foreign language. I wouldn't stay there again if was free. Continental breakfast was ready on time. It looked so bad I told my let's go to McDonald's. You all need to something different. Also there was at least a one inch gap all the way around the door

The reviews on this property are all pretty accurate, from terrible to excellent. The hotel feels like a place where you could have a range of experiences depending on the day and circumstance. That said, I found the staff to be reasonably friendly and accommodating and the room was fine for the price point. We had a dig with us which was no problem for a $16 fee and there were easy areas to walk the dog on property. It was quiet when we were there and we had a very peaceful and restful night. The facility is in need of alot of maintenance and cleaning and breakfast was very limited, but served as promised. I think if one has their expectations in check, this hotel is pretty much as advertised.
