"Our stay was absolutely perfect. The only issue we had, which was quite stressful at the time. On check-out day, the valet could not find the keys to our car. An hour or so later the keys were located, apparently in a spot where they shouldn't have been. Overall the staff was very apologetic and accommodating. I love visiting Savannah! This was our first stay at the Hyatt and it certainly won't be our last!!!"
