"Highly disappointed . Ocean front hotel without chairs and umbrella included $50.00 daily in addition to all charges , chairs and umbrellas beach service close at 4pm , florida summer time sunset is at 8pm most of the ocean front hotel they close at 6 pm at least and they included at least a couple of chairs , beach is dangerous for kids with rip currents and deep waters no lifeguard on duty , small pool for the hotel capacity . Breakfast on property not good . Walking yellow brown bugs in our room and shower area , rooms small and restroom as well small shower . A lot information on the advertisement not true , pillows not good, beds not good and small . On my opinion this hotel doesn’t represent the OPAL great reputation it is unfortunate we love OPAL hotels normally great not this one at Jensen Beach . This hotel made me waste my priceless family time and money on a holiday weekend 4.5 hrs driving back and fore to be in paradise and it was not good at all . We booked for 2 nights we end up leaving after the first one not coming back to this property . Next time I’ll look for better options on the area such as Marriot or Hutchison is better to pay a little more than waste your unique free family time ."
