"Staff was amazing and incredibly friendly right from the beginning, hotel is beautiful. Rooms are beautiful with lots of amenities, my only negative would be a lack of storage. There were two bottom drawers that were locked so we couldn’t use them but that was a small drawback. Hotel was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again."

The phone number would repeated end in an empty dial tone. We had Yamato employees as well as airline employees dial so it was not a tourist issue. "

"Fantastic location for starters. So easy to get to most major stations. The view is incredible. Our room was always cleaned when we asked for it. The staff were always accomodating and had an easy to access laundry. We were there for 3 weeks and would easily go back again. "

"Great layout of the room for parties 4-6 people. Train station and 7-11 was a 5 min walk. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. I wouldn't mind staying there again when going to Tokyo."
