“On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above”
“The outside and the grounds were well-maintained as was the lobby and pool area. The room itself showed deferred maintenance and inattention to detail. The shower curtain was dirty, the Kleenex dispenser was empty. The available television stations were limited. I wanted to watch the Red Sox on the local carrier. (NESN) and it wasn’t available.”

The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. “My family and I had a wonderful stay at the escape inn! Our room was a great size and very clean. We felt cozy and our baby had tons of room to run around and play. The grounds are very well kept and the pool is spotless. It’s also very quiet and a short walk from some of the best ice cream.
