“We arrived at 230, was told room was not done yet. At 330 the couple we arrived with were told room was done, others that checked in after us, rooms were done. We didn’t get into ours until a little after 4. Room was not want what was requested, we were on different floors from the group we came with. Tried explaining this to front desk, they were not helpful nor did they try to rectify the problem. We were told they were booked! The floor had sand all over it, no screen door to keep slider...

“We stayed in Arbor 15C and all was great except a few things.
The stink in our lobby was disgusting. I never would have thought that a 1st class resort
could allow this,
We asked for an early check in and didn't get it.
While there, we saw the flurry of activity in the AM with the cleaners and didn't see any cleaning going on after 2pm. Was the room really not ready until 4pm?
