"This property security gate person would not open the gate and the security staff says no one told him we were coming so he wouldn't let us in. He only spoke to us through the cracks on the hinges of the gate. He said he had no phone number for the manager, and that the receptionist had left for the day. We had to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. "

"No communication at all. I had to reach out to them to say I was coming. They gave me the wrong contact number to call who said they'd never heard of the booking leaving me no choice but to book alternative accommodation. Property refused to issue a refund even though they we in the wrong. . Steer clear of this sham organisation. Disgusting service"
