“The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too. We had a great stay here and will hopefully be back next time we visit Nakuru!”

Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! “This property security gate person would not open the gate and the security staff says no one told him we were coming so he wouldn't let us in. He only spoke to us through the cracks on the hinges of the gate. He said he had no phone number for the manager, and that the receptionist had left for the day. We had to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. ”
