“We had to check out in a hurry because of an emergency and left an expensive gold necklace and apple air pods on the bed. We called the hotel the same night and followed up the next day to retrieve our items and was told it’s not there! 1000% it was left in the room and there was no compassion from the front desk . I told was the staff is very trustworthy and it’s not their issue. Be aware when you stay there if you forget anything of value it’s loss for good !”

“Nice.”

“This building is not well maintained. We experienced a terrible drilling noise all night only to be told it was the network room. Manager never followed up. A known problem but they continue to put people in there.”

“The staff are very professional and courteous.”
