"Location is excellent, spacious room, friendly staff, however cleanliness is not so satisfactory inside the room (there are more dust on the table than expected)."

"This hotel is well situated, about 400 meters from the Katsuta station. We came to see the flowers at Hatachi Seaside Park and fee that the hotel was a good choice due to its proximity to the train station and the park. It is about 15 minutes by bus or taxi to the park. The hotel is clean and staff are incredibly helpful, as is the Japanese custom and standard in my experience anywhere in this fine country! Travelers used to Western style hotels should be aware that the pillows are quite flat,...

"Customer service is non existent. Staff almost never around. Beware that they refuse to provide with extra towels or pillows. Bathroom is tiny. Kitchen comes with a pan and spatula but absolutely nothing else - what is the point? No cutlety, no bowls, no plates. They expect you to eat out of the hot pan with your bare hands after cooking a meal. "

"The onsens were really great. Awesome breakfast, worth the extra cost. Moderate twin family room has 2 beds , 1.5 twin size. Not small as a twin, but not big as a double bed. Manga room massage chairs and free use space room were all great touches . The Lawson and bus stop across the street were super handy. 10 minute walk to Mito Station . Perfect for a stay in Mito! Will return! "
"The rooms are larger than normal for a business hotel. It was clean but it really had a nice bathroom as normal for a Japanese hotel. 10/10 ( ͡o ᵕ ͡o )"
