"We had a reservation for 2 nights and when we arrive to the hotel everything was fine , the rooms were next to each other as a family trip . The restaurant servers are awful , they don’t clean the tables unless you requested even they see the table full of dirty plates . No one greet the guest ,not a single word which is awful in the hospitality industry , also we had issues with the AC the first night but didn’t complain thinking that was just an insignificant issue but 2nd night we had the...

"Just outside main tourist centre of Goreme but an easy taxi ride in and close to all sights. The room was clean and fine.It was a standard toom.There are other rooms with more amenities, Jacuzzi , Hamam.If we stsy again would stay in one of them."

"Excellent breakfast quality abundant in quantity. Night chef excellent food. Esp soup super and night menu lot of variety. Staff is really nice very courteous. No language barrier for me. Very proactive in providing services. "

"The bedroom was a unique cave room giving us the experience we were expecting. However the down side was firstly the hotel was very difficult to find and you should make guests aware before booking that the restaurant is not onsite but in a sister hotel quite a walk away involving a steep hill up and then down. However the breakfast and dinner was very good "

I got the impression that they would find a way to do pretty much anything we wanted to try. We especially enjoyed the spa and the pool. The food was exceptional. "Wonderful hosts. Very accommodating. Language was a bit of an issue because our hosts spoke little English, but after all, we were in Turkiye! The only other comment I would make is that it was a bit of a drive to Gorem, Uchisar or Urgup, maybe 15 minutes."
