여행: 항공+숙소

The hotel staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated their warm hospitality. The kids especially loved the hotel’s water slide and had a great time enjoying the pool facilities. We also found the location very convenient, with many useful amenities and facilities nearby. The surrounding area was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. If we visit Kelowna again, we would definitely stay here again!

객실이 깨끗하고 아늑했습니다.

The front desk staff were very friendly. However, the rest of my experience was quite disappointing. First of all, I had booked a river view room, but they assigned me an accessible room. I should have realized then that things were going downhill... I didn't mind the room type itself, but the bathroom setup actually made it quite inconvenient for me to use. Since I checked in late, I wanted to take a quick shower and go to sleep, but the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, with stray hairs visible everywhere. (Those hairs were still there until I checked out.) When I pulled back the blankets to go to bed, I found hairs scattered all over the bed as well. As for the paper coffee cups, it seemed like they might have been reused, as there were dark stains left around the rim where people's mouths touch. It was a truly unpleasant experience. I don't think I will ever stay here again.
