"Great hotel in the heart of Ikebukuro. It’s more quiet and loosely packed compared to Shibuya or Shinjuku if you’re into that. Stations for JR lines and other local trains are dotted all around the property. Service and staff are really helpful despite language barriers, although language barriers should be thin these days due to modern technology. If you manage to get a room up high you’ll have a nice view of the city. "
