"Got a non-smoking room on a smoking-floor. Strong smoke smell. This was our 2nd stay at this property, mainly, because of it's close proximity to the train station which we find great for train connections."

"The room was pretty clean, the toilet was also clean. The room was pretty comfortable for my family. The only down side is the coin dryer, I don’t know why every time I used it to dry my clothes, it always ended up sticking with crumps of dusts when I took them out of the dryer. Other than that everything else was good."

"The location of this property is perfect for beginners! We took a bus from Narita airport and landed at Shin Urayasu station which is right across the street from this hotel! We did choose this hotel for Disneyland which the hotel offers a free shuttle for. The breakfast buffet is delicious! If you’re debating to include that for your stay, I say go for it! Overall the staff was extremely helpful, room was beautiful and the amenities and location of the property is perfect."

"Very spacious and great location. Only a few minutes away from the yatsugi station to take you wherever you need to go. Our hosts were very good with communicating with us and we enjoyed our stay very much!!"

"Only one microwave in the entire hotel. If you ever need the microwave be prepared to take a trip down to the lobby to use it. "

"The mini fridge in the room did not work and there is no microwave there inside the room. I loved the way the beds were set up and I love the way. The bathroom in the shower showers were set up. I think that was really cool and different."
