"I booked this hotel after a failed attempt at one in Provo. We arrived after 11:30 and the front office was completely dark. There was a phone on the door with a number to call. The extension didn’t work and it just kept ringing and ringing. Luckily there was another phone number there for a gentleman. I called that And a gentleman answered that was in the house on the property. We replaced in the standalone two room cottage. I moved my car there and when I got out along with my small child, we went to the door. The door was open about 2 inches. The TV was blaring and the lights were on to our room. I was not about to walk in on somebody. I called the gentleman again and he came to help find another room. I don’t know if it was squatters in the room or what but he said that nobody was supposed to be there for another couple days checking into that room. Super scary at that time of night! He rebooked us to another room and walked us to our room, which was super nice. We stayed a total of six hours just to sleep and leave again. The whole situation was very awkward and I would not stay in this location again."

"Terrible. Wouldn’t stay the second night we booked. We cut our trip short. No mattress protector on the mattress, not even a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet, boogers all over the walls, frayed carpet with nails exposed where the carpet meets the hard floor. Holes in curtains, didn’t close all the way, only way to close th curtains was to use a hook that looked to be a broken part of the curtains, lacked sufficient hot water, poor lighting, broken furniture. It feel like we were in an apartment building, no sound control from upstairs room. The staff was also not terribly friendly, told us not to come back to the office except for ice. "

"This place is under construction and I was up all night with the Construction noise! A machine running all night. The coffee machine in the room is only espresso so I ran to Walmart and bought our own coffee machine and coffee because The Milk Shop doesn’t open till 7:00 and as I said before I was up all night with the running Machines. So Im glad we had coffee. And as for the Hot Springs that says on this App. It says it is included with this place. Not True You have to Make A reservation and Pay an extra $28.00 a person to swim there for an Hour. And thats on top of the almost $275.00 plus they charge you extra on your credit card when you get there. Maybe in a few years when they are done working on it will be better. And also the Pools are far away from the places you stay so plan on walking to the pools."

"Our initial room hadn’t been clean by housekeeping, but the manager/owner was able to move us into another room that was clean and comfortable. Made-to-order egg or crepe options for breakfast were good. Very interesting historical house with lots of character. Great stay for couples."

"They need to update the TVs so you can screen mirror and use your own hotspot. The internet was $50 for 3 days!"
