"Annette is awesome, the property is a great location and right in town. You can walk to anywhere in kernville so easily. The riverfront area is private and just for guests and they keep people out that dont stay there. They are great hosts and a great spot."

"This was the 3rd time I've stayed at this location. I stay there because of the location. It's convenient and walking distance to everything in this small town. It's right next door to the local Brewery which had an event I attended. But, as in the past, the air conditioning didn't work properly. ..."
