"As someone who comes to Cartagena at least once a year, I must say the OSH Hotel is place to stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with 2 pools that make you feel like you’re in a full on resort. The rooms are spacious, clean and gorgeous. The hotel is located in Getsemani, which is a top touristy area and only a 5min walk to the Old City. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at OSH if you come to Cartagena ! The staff is so nice and lovely! "

"The TV access did not work in the 2 and a half days I was there, the front desk staff was informative and polite, but did not see any willingness to take a step further, other than just saying "there is a problem with construction outside" one of them dared to say, yes there was TV earlier in the day, like I was going to spend my vacation days locked in ! The intention was to watch the news late evening or early morning."

"We stayed a few days at this hotel and really enjoyed our time. The hotel is in a great location and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. What we enjoyed the most was the pool area — it has a wonderful vibe and the music playlist there was fantastic, creating a great atmosphere. Compliments to whoever selected the music! The only small inconvenience was that there were only about 6 or 7 seats available by the pool, which made it a bit difficult to find a spot at times. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it."
