"This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! "Building great, new, clean, very warm, good water pressure. Location great if you only plan on skiing … otherwise.. a bit remote. Lift chair Sakka 3 is about a 6min walk up hill to the chair lift. It’s not ski in/ski out. there’s a bus to gondola, but it doesn’t run very late. I think 5:30pm was the last bus. After that you need a taxi or your car. Taxi was very hard to get. The sister hotel (gondola hotel)had a shuttle, but apparently we didn’t book the right package and they wouldn’t give...

"秋の紅葉シーズンに利用しました。 リビングルームには薪ストーブ、床暖が完備され、各部屋も床暖があったので暖かく過ごせました。キッチンも広く、作りながら、食べながら、楽しい時間を過ごせました。 ただ一点。 森の中なので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、カメムシ大量発生で、ブーンと天井を飛び回り下に落ちてきて虫嫌いな方にはオススメできません。こんなにも虫がいるなら事前に教えていただけたら…とも思いました。 ただ総合的にみても、カメムシがいてワイワイ出来たので楽しかったです。 素敵なステイでした。ありがとうございます！"

"チェックインの受付でかなり待たされた。また、部屋にいって冷蔵庫にモノを入れようとしたらそもそも冷蔵庫の電源が入っていなく冷たくなるのも5時間以上かかった。部屋にあるDVDプレイヤーは壊れてて使えなく備え付けしてあるスマートフォンもフロントに繋がらず結局フロントにまで行ってスタッフに話して、DVDプレイヤーを交換してもらった。また、部屋は綺麗だが水道の下につけまつげが落ちていた。チェックイン前に部屋の確認をして欲しかった。"
